Boiler and home emergency repair plans are available to purchase by anyone who lives in mainland UK, including Northern Ireland, providing the below statements are true.
Your boiler is a standard gas boiler, has been maintained and is not on our exclusion list seen here.
You own the property and your tenant lives in the property as their main residence, with no commercial use.
The property is not a bedsit, mobile home, HMO or sub-divided home.

No, we do not cover repairs to both pre existing faults and faults that occur in the 1st 14 days of contract. All faults must have started after 14 days of the stated contract.
Yes, however it can take upto 28 days to complete these during our busier periods.
No, as this would be covered by your household insurance.
Yes, providing your boiler has been maintained over previous years and is in good working order.
No, due to the limited number of LPG and electric boiler enginners, we do not beleive we would be able to offer our same high standard of service for these type of boilers.
Yes, you can take out a plan for flats that have a gas boiler installed, but its good to remember that we do not include any faults in communal areas as this should be repaired by the property manager.

Appliances are not included in any plan and this also included associated leaks from these appliances.
We've timed it! and it takes less than 2 minutes. We try to keep all questions to a minimum as we know how important your time is.
You have the option to add a boiler service or landlord certificate during the checkout process. the cost of this is spead accross your 12 month contract.
We don't currently offer a "free boiler replacement" as we believe this is a gimick offered by some providers.
Should you be looking for this as part of contract, we would urge you to read the conditions surrounding this in competitors terms and conditions.
It is common that they will only provide a replacement when the boiler is under 7 years old and you must pay the installation cost of this which is hyper inflated to claw back the cost of the boiler.

CoverBee boiler plans are a home emergency service contract and not a form of insurance.
Repair requests
To prevent works on existing issues present before the plan was taken out, you will be unable to request a repair within the 1st 14 days on all our plans.
If you require a repair within the 1st 14 days of you plan start date, you can still contact us,
we will then supply you with a quotation for one of our approved engineers to carry out a one off repair.
After you have purchased your plan, we may contact you to arrange for one of our approved engineers to carry out your boiler health check. Our engineer will inspect your boiler and heating system (if included) to ensure it is working safely and confirm it meets the requirements of contract. If you report a problem with your boiler or heating before the health check has been carried out, we will still send an engineer, but your boiler must pass the boiler health check before the repair will be carried out under this plan.
