  • Can my tenant report a fault?

Yes, as long as your tenant has your contract details.

Should there be a call out fee required, we would contact you for authorisation before attendance.

  • Can i take out a plan for an empty property?

No, unfortunatly the property must be occupied and not left empty for a period longer than 14 days.

  • My boiler is not working, can i take out a plan?

No, your boiler must be in full working order before you purchase a plan and have been maintained within the last 12 months.

  • Can i take out a plan and report a fault straight away?

No, we do not cover repairs to both pre existing faults and faults that occur in the 1st 14 days of contract. All faults must have started after 14 days of the stated contract.

  • Can i take out a plan and request a boiler service/CP12 straight away?

Yes, however it can take upto 28 days to complete these during our busier periods.

  • Do plans include damage caused by my tenant?

No, as this would be covered by your household insurance.

  • Can i take out a plan for a boiler over 10 years old?

Yes, providing your boiler has been maintained over previous years and is in good working order.

  • Can i take out a plan for LPG or electric boilers?

No, due to the limited number of LPG and electric boiler enginners, we do not beleive we would be able to offer our same high standard of service for these type of boilers.

  • Can i take out a plan for a flat?

Yes, you can take out a plan for flats that have a gas boiler installed, but its good to remember that we do not include any faults in communal areas as this should be repaired by the property manager.

  • Can i take out a plan for any make of boiler?

Currently we do not offer our plans  for the following boilers -

    All Ferrolli models

    All Gledhill models

    All Servowarm models

    Ideal istor

    Ideal isar

    Chaffoteaux Britony Combi

  • Can i take out a plan for a commercial property?

We may be able to, providing the boiler is domestic sized and the central heating system is not too large.

Please call to discuss before purchasing to ensure your contract is not automatically cancelled.

  • Are appliances included?

Appliances are not included in any plan and this also included associated leaks from these appliances.

  • How long does purchase take?

We've timed it! and it takes less than 2 minutes. We try to keep all questions to a minimum as we know how important your time is.

  • Is a boiler service included?

You have the option to add a boiler service or landlord certificate during the checkout process. the cost of this is spead accross your 12 month contract.

  • Will you replace my boiler if it's not repairable?

We don't currently offer a "free boiler replacement" as we believe this is a gimick offered by some providers.

Should you be looking for this as part of contract, we would urge you to read the conditions surrounding this in competitors terms and conditions.

It is common that they will only provide a replacement when the boiler is under 7 years old and you must pay the installation cost of this which is hyper inflated to claw back the cost of the boiler.

  • Can i pay annually?

Yes, you have the option to choose annual payment at checkout.
