Gas Boiler
Plan inclusions
We accept all boiler makes and manufacturers providing they are powered by mains gas, with the exeptions of the below listed boilers and manufacturers.

Repairs to you boiler including replacement if required, of (but not limited to and excluding failure due to sludge, scale, rust or corrosion);

Plan exclusions
✘ Boilers connected to under floor heating and warm air systems
✘ Gas appliances other than the boiler
✘ Any fault where scale/sludge or rust is the cause of the fault
✘ Known manufacturer faults where the manufacturer has taken action previously to remedy the fault of future parts produced, but the part has not been replaced on your boiler
✘ Recurring faults (where a part has been replaced previously by us or a previous provider and has not lasted more than 50% of the manufacturers current boiler warranty period
✘ Pre-existing faults
✘ Intermittent faults for example (but not limited to) faults that are no longer present after resetting the boiler or topping up of boiler pressure.
✘ Any fault you believe may be in existence when the boiler is still producing heating and hot water.
Central Heating

✘ Pipework that is more than 35mm in diameter
✘ Sludge, scale or rust in or on the system
✘ Any cost associated with the draining or refilling of the system in order to complete a repair
✘ Pressurized cylinders and their components

Repair or replacement of wireless or internet connected controls, thermostats and valves
